DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY METHODS​ 

  • Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery ( 3-5 working days after dispatch ) - £3.50

  • Royal Mail Europe Standard Delivery ( 5-7 working days ) - £10

  • Royal Mail Europe Standard Tracked Delivery ( 5-7 working days ) - £15

* PLEASE NOTE *

All of our printed items are custom made therefore they are made on demand so please allow around 10 days for orders to be processed and made. After these processing times we will deliver as normal. If you have purchased other items within the same order, all items will be shipped out together.

  • We do not ship orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays, orders will be shipped the next working day.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

  • We do not take responsibility for any lost/damaged parcels once they have been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (EUROPE ONLY)

  • Please note: Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

  • From 1 January The United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). If you buy goods from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from 1 January you may incur charges. This includes Ireland.

RETURNS​​

  • We do not offer returns/exchanges on any printed products (These products are custom made and made on demand)

  • We can not be held responsible for any incorrect information sent to us regarding your order. Therefore please ensure the details regauding your order, (size/colour) are checked before checkout.​

  • If you do have an issue with your order please contact us via Instagram DM, Email or using our Live Chat

  • We can return any ELIGIBLE items that are not suitable if they are returned unworn/original condition with the existing tags attached within 21 days of purchase. - Products eligible for return will be noted in the description on the product page.

 

  • For hygiene reasons jewellery and swimwear can not be returned or refunded.

 

  • If you do wish to return an item(s) please contact us via Instagram DM or chat to us on our live chat on our website where we will send you our return address.

 

  • Please allow 14 days from the day your parcel is received for your refund to be processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been completed.

  • Please return all items with the original order note/invoice

 

  • We do not offer free returns

 

  • Please ensure you have proof of postage or tracking of your return. Without this, we can not process any refunds if we do not receive your parcel.
